so, what does everyone think of the new blue background
blue background? well, what's that being used for?
As I look at the HTML source for this board page, I see no evidence of a blue anything. Iternity, I think your question is not applicable.
Personally I hate it ..it's very appliccable my mate Damien has just informed me of it and he's fully sighted...the blue streak definately exists.
Hurts my eyes like anything and is giving me a headache. The blue streak encompasses the info part of each one who posts like their user name, what post number it is, the little catch phrase you are given at the various levels, etc..
Hope management gets rid of it in short order.

Is there a better color? Not exactly sure how other boards do it, but I wanted a way to separate other posts so you could visually tell that a new post is beginning. This is a work in progress.
Maybe if you went with a lite-beige color?
It it the deep contrast between the blue streaks and the white streaks that is so difficult. It makes for like a mental swirling effect/kinda a dizzying effect.
Also on my regular computer can NOT at all see the usernames within the blue streaks as the blue is so overpowering. I suppose the rest of the heading within the blue streaks is done in a bolder type so it can be seen only barely. On my laptop I am enabled to view the usernames only very, very faintly as the light on the screen is differing from my regular computer yet still barley.
Thot at first you were coming out with a "New Game" of: Guess who made the Posting Comment as no username was within view in that blue streak area ..well, that first thot seems to have been wrongly made. *lol
